Rosemary Davies-Janes

Compassionate Inquiry® Trained Trauma Therapist | Podcast Manager & Host

Rosemary has been podcasting since 2002, producing 150+ shows with guests including Byron Katie, James Redfield, Gary Zukav, David Whyte, Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt.

For nearly 30 years, she has worked at the intersection of authenticity, psychology, and healing. After two decades in corporate marketing leadership, she founded MIBOSO® in 1998 to support holistic integration of mind, body, and soul—first through authentic branding and ethical marketing, then through natural healing practices.

In 2021, The Wisdom of Trauma movie led her to pursue intensive training in Compassionate Inquiry® (mentorship completed 2024), Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She now specializes in complex trauma work with clients globally, particularly those navigating cultural displacement, intergenerational patterns, and early life adaptations.

Her unique background—blending marketing expertise with trauma-informed psychology—led her to create Magnetic Presence Marketing, a training program that helps heart-centered professionals market authentically without manipulation.

Born in Canada and raised across three continents, Rosemary now lives in Costa Rica, where she continues her work supporting people in integrating their internal authenticity with their external expression.

J’aime Rothbard

Women’s Transformational Coach, Podcast Producer / Host

The question I have set out to understand in my life is : How do people heal their pain? I have lived in 4 different countries and traveled incredibly, navigating the cultural implications and nuances of this inquiry.  I have worked along a breathtaking range of environments serving people – paid and underpaid – accumulating comprehension over three decades.

A key learning came in 2006 when I was the co-founder of a non-profit organization, advocating for survivors of domestic violence. I offered spoken word and poetry workshops in domestic violence shelters in Washington, DC.

Witnessing women access their creativity as a tool to connect with their inner pain and speak about their lives taught me a great deal about what transformation can look like. It taught me that evolution can occur on individual and collective levels simultaneously when the right platform is created to support it.

I continued creating messaging campaigns to educate the general public about the dynamics of intimate partner violence until I became a mother in 2013. My education and advocacy approach shifted to helping people perceive their individual health with the context of our food system and the health of our planet. My work spanned more extensive volunteering and began my foray into podcasting in 2016.

Today I am a mother, women’s transformational coach, podcast producer and poetic storyteller. It has been an answer to a deep lifelong prayer to discover Compassionate Inquiry as a tool to help lead people to the source of their pain and, ultimately, back into themselves and their truth.
