Always fascinated by the way simple words can turn into emotions, find deeply organic pathways within us, and eventually shape the way we think, relate and behave, I have spent many years exploring human experience from both scientific and relational perspectives.
My journey began with studying medicine, continued through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Phd communication studies, and years of working in communication with large international corporations environments that offered me a close view into human dynamics, performance, vulnerability, and more, the invisible emotional layers behind professional roles and identities.
Over time, I felt increasingly drawn toward a deeper understanding of what lives underneath our emotional patterns and inner narratives. This path eventually led me to the work of Dr. Gabor Maté and to Compassionate Inquiry, where I discovered a profoundly human and honest way of understanding ourselves and relating to others.
Today, my work is rooted in emotional safety and meaningful voice. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can gently move beyond surface patterns and explore the deeper emotional truths that shape their lives and relationships.
